At Leisure World, we believe in holistic wellness that goes beyond just our physical fitness. Exercise plays a crucial role in boosting serotonin, the feel-good hormone that enhances mood, reduces stress, and improves overall well-being.

In line with this, we offer a wide range of activities from swimming, state-of-the-art gyms, 1-mile cycle track, spa and tennis courts plus access to over 150 exercise classes designed to elevate your fitness routine and support a balanced lifestyle.

At Colchester Sports Park enjoy our scenic walking routes and after a dose of fresh air relax at Paddy & Scott’s coffee shop that is even dog friendly! For the football fanatics, state-of-the-art pitches await too. For the more adventurous take on the Big Red Climbing Wall at Leisure World Tiptree.

Plus, don’t miss our new range of delicious, nutrient-packed smoothies at the Leisure World café – the perfect post-workout fuel to keep you feeling energised.

Cllr Martin Goss, Portfolio Holder for Waste, Neighbourhoods and Leisure, said: “Our goal is to inspire our community to embrace a healthier lifestyle through our engaging fitness options and wellness-focused programs. Simply head online to join or pop into a centre and speak to a member of staff about the best tailored solution for you.
